Tiasia's career has included raising more than $2 million, strategically leveraging non-profit brands, supporting the development of a capital campaign & merger and using innovate marketing strategies to grow donor engagement. Her educational background includes a B.A in Communications, Certificate in Philanthropy & Fundraising from NYU and an Advanced Diploma in Business Intelligence Analytics from NYU. Tiasia has been featured on ABC’s Here & Now with Sandra Bookman, discussing learning disability awareness in communities of color. Additional accolades include being featured on the Association for Legal Administrators Panel for National Disabilities Employment Awareness Month; receiving a Special Invite to United Nation’s Enable “International Day of Person with Disabilities”, working with the Office of Disability Employment Policy of the United States, and a nomination as Non Profiteer of the Year in 2015 from the Young Non-Profit Professionals Network.

At the top of 2018, Tiasia was the recipient of NYN Media’s 40 Under 40 award for making an impact in the non-profit industry. Presently, she is the Founding Partner of the startup social enterprise, Seam Social Labs, which is dedicated to economic sustainability in revitalizing communities. She is also a M.A. Candidate at The New School for Social Research and looks forward to receiving a Ph.D in cultural & economic sociology sometime in the future. Tiasia lives and spends her time in Manhattan with her partner + friends when she is not working or traveling.
