Andrew Rasiej is the Founder of Civic Hall, a collaborative work and community center designed to support the use of technology for the public good. Andrew is also the Founder of the Personal Democracy Forum the world's largest annual gathering focusing on the intersection of technology, politics, and government. He is the Chair of the NY Tech Alliance representing 60,000 professionals working in the New York tech ecosystem. He also is founded MOUSE.org which provides technology education in public schools in New York and elsewhere worldwide. Andrew lives and woks near Union Square in New York City.

Silicon Harlem is a social venture that has been designed to transform Harlem in to a technology and innovation hub. This includes establishing co-working spaces, gigabit infrastructure, securing investment capital, and hosting monthly meetups.
